2Timothy 2:2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.
Friends, there’s something burning inside me. I’m not sure if its God’s emotions or mine? I have a passion when I see people dealing with all kinds of problems.
I know their answer.
His name is Jesus.
But there’s so many Christians I meet as well who are deeply struggling.
Many times people just don’t know what they don’t know.
Hoseah 4:6 says, “my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.”
So, my passion is…
People need to be taught!
They need to hear the Gospel.
They need to know the Gospel.
They need to know what is included in the Gospel.
How do we receive all that God has prepared for us?
Can someone show us?
If people are not unpacking it themselves, they need someone to guide them.
The Holy Spirit is sent to guide you into all truth.
John 16:13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
Years ago when I was leading Bill Winston’s School of Ministry I would tell the students, “Please don’t think that just this nine months of school is going to fully prepare you for the ministry. You need to be enrolled in Holy Ghost University!” I was referring to the the Holy Spirit teaching you in every area of your life. We all need to have the Holy Spirit teaching us, constantly.
Throughout the years, several times, Nancy has said something to the effect of…”you need to do a Holy Ghost University.” I would normally pass it off, until recently Nancy and I were praying, seeking the Lord and she said, “You should do Holy Ghost University!” This time it hit me. I couldn’t pass it off. It was a word from God. It was a ‘now’ word.
I didn’t really have a definition of what it meant to start “Holy Ghost University.”
Over the next few weeks it unfolded before me and the clarity came. Here it is:
Local Meetings:
We will do local meetings to teach anything and everything about the Holy Spirit, then not limited to the Holy Spirit, but like Paul said in
Acts 20:20 You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from house to house.
Online Community:
The second part of Holy Ghost University will be an online community.
This will be a place where we can fill up on teachings, enjoy meeting new friends, join weekly meetings.
I’ll be uploading tons of materials that will do what I’ve been passionate about…discipling and teaching people. So if you are hungry to learn and grow in Christ and in the Holy Spirit, join us.

This morning I was adding an unreleased book I wrote to the available materials and I just had this deep sense of joy and satisfaction while working in that community!

Wow! This letter got long! But I’m so excited for you and to be able to start having regular online and in person meetings. This is going to be a blast. People grow best in community. So many I’ve talked to can’t find a church where they are…so let’s plug in together here and see what God will do.
